Just unzip it and put the CTF-Pyro.unr file into the UnrealTournament\Maps folder.

Two cryptic forts and a central tower in a fiery, lava-filled hell. There are three
bridges between the bases, the upper one splits in the middle and the lower two cross
each other. The bases are designed to make it hard on llamas, the sniping positions are
vulnerable to rockets and plasma bursts, and there are six different ways into the
flagrooms. I spent an insanely huge amount of time tweaking the pathnoding to get the
most out of the bots. They still won't pass a Turing test, but they're good. This isn't
a monstrously big map but it can still hold 16 without feeling crowded, and I think
that's how it plays best. I recommend having translocators enabled, they aren't completely
necessary but they give defenders better mobility around the bases and attackers an extra
way in by translocating to the snipers ledge (bots will occasionally do this). You'll
also have to translocate to get the redeemer.

Give this level to anybody as long as it's free and the archive is left intact.
