-Description and strategies

I just wanted to create a simple but nice CTF map witch would fit for most of the players in my LAN Killing partys. The flags are on the top of the bases, the bases are back to back and the only way to get down is to jump from the roof. Maybe it sounds a little bit stupid to do that, but it was intended. I wanted a flag that's not free. You'll have to pay some extra health to earn the points here! In fact, it's not that hard, you just have to learn how to fall and where to do it... With healtpack, shieldbelt and jump boots, you can do it with more than enough space and facility if you are patient enough to take some times to get the gears. It requires a little timing thought. You have to know that the respawning points are at least 15 seconds from the flag but the floor will always be full of angry players. Also, it cost about 60 health points if you want to fall to the quickest way from behind the base. Notice that the roofs are always open to snipers from both sides, so the flag is not scored until it is really scored. You can jump directly to the roof with some skills and a translocator. This is a nice way to catch up the flag carrier who have to travel the entire base. This transloc thingy will require a good defense and covering strategy from the teammates of the flag carrier. It's impossible to be perfectly safe while sniping because you always have to watch for your back. If the snipers seems to be impossible to get rid of, you can get a safe passage from down under. You will alway know where the snipers are, there's not much hiding here, so get behind them and blast their fucking butts off! Now tell me that it's not a good satisfaction!!! Oh! One more thing... No, my specialty is not texturing... I'm sorry but I've done the best I could! ;) I think I said enough now and I hope you'll enjoy!

Comments :
This is my first released map but not my only one. My best map is an assault map that is in construction since an eternity. I assure you that it's an up to the level Assault and I won't release it if I think it's not worth it. I don't work on it as often as I would want to because of the lack of good assault players to enjoy it. Maybe if you send me some E-mails to encourage me to get a final touch to it, I'll do it with a little more enthousiasm. The gameplay is done and the bots are more than skilled enough to get a good match. Almost impossible to get it done within 6 minutes if both teams are good. Not six long waiting or running minutes, but six minutes of pure damned fraging action.
